Scott McLaughlin put his Volvo in second place for race 2 at the season opener in Adelaide. Talk about efficency, with Mercedes and Nissan, the other "new" entrants, still running behind. Good to see Volvo up there, I can't wait for the race!

yes, it is a spec car… the difference comes in the know-how of working within those specs and knowing how to set up a car correctly. for Volvo to come in as a bunch of 'newbies' to the format and produce such fine results only solidifies their credentials as fine engineers in the performance arena
